If you hold down on the homescreen, then choose shortcuts, you can then choose a contact and create a widget for them on your homescreen, so you can directly dial someone from there.

CAMERA

1. If you open the camera app and long press just above the settings button ( menu > Edit Shortcut ) you can add two more settings of your choice besides the camera/video and flash shortcuts.

1st update in 2011

It had been a while since I last updated my blog. Some many things had happened! This blog was not updated as I felt like some of e previous posts r so emo* de n make me recall stuffs tat I don wish to. Many ppl change blog addr after some emo* stuffs happens n restart a new fresh blog 2 keep track of events. For me, I still maintain e same blog, as all those things which once happens still exist regardless if I start afresh or not. These make up e memories n r all history. Yap, n is someth that I must learn to accept n ya... 2 learn fr it, which all r history alr!

Well for e new yr 2011, it's so fast! 3 months had passed. e best thing is that I had completed my part time studies! No more of rushin to sch n rushin of projects n exams! Hooray! Told myself that I wld rest for a well, b4 I start on e new learnin process! There r so many things that I wan to learn! Spanish, Tennis, keyboard, psychology... etc. N there r so many books that I wanted to read. Now, a quarter had passed but I am still resting. Got set a goal to kick start soon!

Received quite a couple of news of hitched couples. Congra! It's an joyous event to see how 2 person managed to maintain n get together, to buy a flat n live together. All had growth up alr! Somehow, I cant imagine myself like tat, seems like I am still not yet grown up? haha... actualli jus excuses. Love is a very amazing thing n Love is blind. It's blissful 2 fall in love with e right person. Fallin in love with e wrong person is a terrible wrong, with misery. Till this age, it's not time for any play play stage alr, ought 2 be serious once U set ur mind on it, don hurt anybody.

All my emo* is shown on my face. I realli don noe how to camouflage. Once another said, she cld see tat my face very stressful look and is wondering if it's bcos of work? haha. emo* r all shown, but inner feeling is hid deep inside me. U won't noe wat encounters that I once had. No matter how hard U try to dig, U wont noe. Clever ba? actualli, I felt I am silli. Kept everyth 2 myself, onli e closest 1 noe. 1 of my cousin once scolded me, saying readin my blog, sometime don noe wat i tokin abt. actualli if e person in tat situation, wld noe I am tokin abt that.

Good things happens, there r also some unpleasant stuffs. Hope for a better tomorrow! Lookin forward to e new launch of Samsung Galaxy S 1. It's will be out in April. :)

strong survival!

Was waitin for a cab, tat I notice this tree under my block. Previously one week before I had already saw tat this tree had fall down, but was in a rush to go hm tat I nv stop for a moment to take a look. Now, while waitin for cab, I have e time to pause for a moment.

To take a closer look, the truck of e tree broke n I could see the wood. The supporting wood had fallen, tat y this young thin tree had no support and fell. I tried to hold e wood and use my strength trying to pop it into e ground and make it straight, wanting to pull the fallen tree up. However, e grd was too hard le, I cant even pop e wood in... hence, I jus let it lying down.

The amazing thing is that e truck had broke for don noe how many weeks le, tat e tree is lyin on e ground under this hot weather, but the leaves r still very fresh! It's kind of unbelievable.

The next Saturday, I went to take a look at this tree again. Thinkin, it might alr dried out. To my surprise as well, e leaves r still very fresh and green!

Another week had past and again, I went to take a look at the tree n I really wonder, how is the tree now? The leaves had turned yellow, or it beginning to dry up? This time round, to my relief, some kind hearted soul (or somebody from NEA) had chopped the wood into three pieces, using a string to tied them up, fallin as a support for the tree!

Taking at a closer look, indeed this is still the same tree that had fallen previously. I can still see the broken truck. Now, this tree is standing up straight! Great!

This tree realli inspire me! Desipte the harsh environment that it's in, e hot weather, e broken truck, e lack of support... this tree nv gif up n still continue to grow so well, with green and fresh leaves and the strong survival. That it brought my attention to follow up on this tree. Unfortunately, I am jus a passer by, lookin at this tree, no able to help. e great thing is tat ultimately, it received e help tat is need.

This applies to our life as well. When encountered with tough moment, we choose 2 gif up on ourselves, it wld be jus like a dying tree with yellow leaves and dried out leaves that evetuntally, it will jus rot n e gardener will clear it off. If we do not gif up o ourselevs, though it's hard, I believe that along way, we will receive e need tat is needed. Yap, as long as we don gif up on ourselves. ....~~*

square hat

after graduation, did u wear e square hat? Wat does e square hat symbolize? My mum was askin me, y these times nv go sch study? Graduated alr? Told her is holiday, next semester then lesson will resume.

She was there happily countin e months to my graduation, say... Wow.. It's good! Asked me wld i be wearin e sq hat? I said, don noe... If grad day myself there onli, don noe anybody so strange. She said, no, go, wear e sq hat. Must wear e sq hat mah. I asked her y? She said, it's gd, can take foto, leave for rememberance.

I nv thought e sq hat will be so important. As for me, is jus studyin for e paper, tat @ times, i am slackin... Nv put in my fullest effort. Chan3 kui4... Must buck up n aim for e sq hat. @ least I can bring some happiness to my mum. =D

felt sad~

Always had high expectation on myself, especially on the data and numbers tat I passed on to others. These days, realli made lot of careless mistakes that I realli felt so bad abt it n I don noe y I made such mistakes! Changed those data again n again till I felt soOoOoOOooo bad. Looking bk, y for such a mistake: 1. the files r realli too messy. 2. e formula r all over e place. 3. e formula don auto update. 4. there r jus too many source. 5. I am jus careless. These made me felt so inefficient. ='(

Interestin Funfair

Stepped into a school n e feelin is kind of great, to see so many children playing and having fun. Though it's a bit noisy, it's great to see e tan1 zhen1 look on their face. this funfair was packed with lot of ppl. B4 stepin into e sch, saw e big tiger balloon n this is makin me excited. Upon steppin into e sch, I heard so many screamin n thought wat goin on? Later 2 realise tat their is a thrillin ride inside! Is a big ferry wheel look alike ride tat will be turnin 45degree up in e air. No wonder, so many ppl r screamin.

@ their sch compund, there r lot of stalls sellin stuffs n funfair games. There is a arts stall for paintin, which I quite like! I am attracted to e parrot tat a little girl is paintin. Intialli wanted to buy e items and paint it @ hm myself. However, i don noe when will I have e time to ever do tat? Thus I dropped this idea. Bought some hand made crafts and bookmarks which r quite nice.
