i am lagging...

haha... felt that i am lagging... as i am updating things that happened few weeks ago... see when i am free, thus, i will continue to update the places that i went, with photos.

at work, things are getting better. work stuffs, i am learning to understand the logic and handle them. next month, the new manager is coming, can start counting down now, 17 more days... n oct is coming, which mean that my busy period would be here soon...

there is a changing of place for amy this noon, haha... was interesting, as we 3 ppl, daphne, jolynn n me helped her to shift all her things over to the place beside me at the other row. jus in 15 min, and we managed to shift everyth over and put them excatly as how it was at her old place.

later, my previous big boss came, he is lookin for amy, seening why her place in empty/ they walked down our this row, then realise that amy had shifted place. haha... when amy is back we told her abt it, she said, should had told him that she had left. haha... funny, cant imagine their reaction if they heard this...

most of the time, i am sad abt the happenings in office, and there are grumbles... sometime to recall abt these small small things, they are the spike of the days in office. 2day was quite a nice one, after lunch... seem like in holiday mood. cos is friday. =]

i am happy that after work, i am comin home for dinner. thus, i can catch the tv show, chi4 zhi3 chen2 long2. this show is cute, with the cute animation of dragons... is these that attract me to the show. thinking if animal could also live with human in harmony, that would be great.

when they are happy, they choose turn to their animal form, else turn to human form. haha... ya, me live in wonderland... jus letting my imagination do some creative thinkings...

Haw Par Villa - 11st Sept 05

last time, planned to go haw par villa, but a change of mind, went sentosa to take photos instead. that time, asked emily to give me a missed call when 188 is approachin my house bus-stop... happily, i stroll to the bus-stop, and 188, jus drove past infront of my sight... which mean, i missed the bus... haha... learnt my lesson. this time round, i reached the bus-stop quite early to wait for the bus. yes, managed to hop on the bus.

there are more ppl there than what i had expected, with quite a lot of chinese tourists. was surprise when i saw the trolley store at the entrance there, selling souvenir and drinks. i thought that haw par villa would be like a park for touring only. some area, like the jade house and 18 level of hell require us to buy tickets.

saw the haw par villa dragon, childhood memories flashing in my mind, where last time, together with my cousins and relatives, we once came here. also taking photos with this dragon, the swan and the kangroo. haha... these status had not changed a bit. and we had grown up, that was about 10 years back wor.

we tooks quite a lot of photos... from smiling happily, till we need to take out the unbrella while taking photos... haha... was there perspiring... regardless, we managed to tour around for more than 80percent of the place. was quite a nice place for taking photos. =]

Recycle Factory - 06th Sept 05

Went to this recycle factory for a visit with a group of secondary students. is a project that my company is doing with this school. was quite a nice educational tour, to see something different, to understand how the stuffs for recycling are being dealed with.

it is actually quite a big task. they got to sort out these materials. some materials are being packed up and sent oversea for recycling, as it is not done here. eg, glass. surprisely, i learnt that quite a lot of country oversea, they are doing quite big in this recycling business.

some stuffs not for recycling;
1. wood - it quite cosy to recycle wood here, as it need to go thr many different stages. recycling of wood is more industrial.
2. food packets etc - they would grow germs, baterica when it reach the recycling factory, bcos of the decay of leftover food particulars. unless ppl do make an effort to rinse them clean with water. some county oversea, ppl do rinise them clean and put them to recyclin bin.
3. plastic - they would not decay... 100 years later, if we dig them from underground, they would still be in the way they are, in one crush. [hmmp... we should use less plastic]

interesting fact;
the toliet paper that we used, are made from recycled paper. for those rough rough surface toliet paper, they are made from normal paper. for smoother surface toliet paper, they are made from high grade paper, eg the recycle paper from office.

2 weeks w/o blog

it had been 2 weeks since i last blog. wow... within these 2 weeks there r lot of happenings... for work, went to the recycle factory with a batch of students. with friends, there were photo sessions at haw par villa, chinese gardens, my birthday photos and photos at the ktv. n cousins, at the ktv, with video taken, n hokkien songs.

also, i got myself a new hp. finally after 5 years... my mum saw, n say, y so small/ looked like a toy. haha... at work, some of them also say so. but, when i heard them saying that it is nice, i am happy. =] the more i see the phone, the more i like it. that day was still hestiating of which model to buy... long story... haha... but, i like my phone, took lot of photos with it.

this month, there r lot of birthday friends, shop shop and see see for presents. that day, went shop for fannie present with emily, wow... that was my one of happiest day at shopping. as saw a lot of things, those oriental beads stuffs... so nice... see see look look, and happily, the mood is very high. haha...

yap, also my surprise birthday cake from my pals... a big mooncake ah... emily told me fannie is bringing mooncake along, ask me not to eat so full, later is a surprise birthday cake. thanks ah friends. ='] in suntec foodcourt, i make a long long wish... n cut the cake... fannie, go gope forks for us to eat the cake. haha... lucky that, they nv chase us out...

at work, my contract is re-new, for one more year. went home n tell my mum about it, she felt very happy. my mum is more nervous than me when come to work. alway reminding me must reach on time, else, ppl will find that me bu4 shou3 xing4 yong4. this is the great mind of mother, alway worrying for us...

this 2 weeks, i really make an effort to wake up early, n i reach eaarly by a few minute. was delighted. hope that it would continue for long... =] at work, happy n stressful time. felt so de-moralize when a lot of terms i don noe what they mean... cos i did not get in contact with them so often... still in learning stage. thanks to jo ah, that she is willing to teach me...

1030 le, got to go catch the last 30min of shi2 wan4 zun1 qing2 yuan2. update again tom.

i wish to make my life filled with joyful experiences... even if there are sad or stress moments, i believe that it would pass soon... if we remain positive... experience all sort of encounters that we met. addin rainbow colours to life. =]

saturday is a new start of the week

saturday is here again... felt that the week past by fast... every saturday, to me, is a new start of the week, where i can wake up late [but normally, i would wake up automatically at 0800++] n laze in bed, later to pack my stuffs if messy... where i can take a rest from work routinue and 'enjoy' my free day to recharge my battery for monday, when work start again... saturday is my best day.

at work, my manager had shifted to a new role in another department... felt kind of lost at times... as i am not sure if i had done the correct thing/ though my manager still handle our stuffs, but i tried hard not to consult him so often. sometime when i send out emails, cc to my manager, he nv send anything to add on to my email, making me felt kind of lost... as this silent made me doubt myself, wondering if i should do that/... haha... me no confident la.

there r quite some variation in my data loading, which is making me confused n trapped... guess, the ppl who is doing the extraction of data, when they see my email or heard my call, or even when they think me, headache... or there scolding me le, as i always spot something different, always giving them work to do... haha... there had been emails sending enquiring abt the data... some, later i realise that is okie one... guess... is thr all these that i learnt more...

data for my reporting had not come in, according to my horoscope, on monday the data that i am waiting for,would not be in. haha... n jokingly, i tell my manger abt that... fun... next wk got to be a busy week, rushing for report on the 15th, which is the thursday. did not bring my laptop home... as i assume that there would be nothing for me to do during the weekend, but... there is. thus, this time round, my manager is helpin me to chk the data. felt kind of bad... but, thanks to him also.

my brother jus went Tekong for his ns training on thursday. my parent went with him. after my work when i reached home, my dad was telling me that, lucky they went together with him, else can really felt the loneliness of my brother, alone there, reporting for ns. as all the other guys, their family members went with them... they r telling me that the place there is very clean.. and the whole day activity... yap, hope that my brother become more man n independant after this training ya. =]

this weekend is great

this weekend was very fast... i enjoyed it and really forgot all about work stuffs and that i am working tom, until hq remind me jus now... nv-mind, don think about work stuffs, let me experience the joy of this moment listening to my angel love hits cd, infront of the computer...

saturday, went chai2 xuan1 with one of my good poly friend. had a long chat... n such fun. really learnt a lot of things from this convensation ah. from inspiration topic, to career and to love relationships... a lot of things i say out, guess, i am learning to accept my own encounters, else, i would not even talk abt it.

enjoy the simple friendship... i am scared when other make fun of me and another person, but pian1 pain1, i always get make fun of... sometime bcos of this fun, i would avoid and in the end, a simple friendship, become nothing... kind of sad... but, this is my weird character that i got change ah...

sunday, in the moring, i was eating my favourite cup cake. yummy. went by popular bookshop n found a lot of good books... there is book abt astrology, food, wei1 qi2 and other cartoons and children books. was a bit temp to buy... find that there is a lot of things that i wish to learn n understand more... stuffs about comic pictures, about food, about health, about culture... etc.

i like those cartoon books with content, which there is something that i can learn from the cartoon books... so beautiful and the nice picture make me feel happy... see when i see a good book, i would buy them for collection. not now at the moment, as i would be changing my handphone this month. the month, sept, so fast is here...

evening time, went ah ma house. taking photos using my cousin hp n those serect photos being taken ah. wait till i got my new hp, then you all got to be watchful le. haha... actually, also don noe which hp to buy... maybe would get a nice flip phone. there, the 'er-master hq' n the mei, there er, er, er... kept er-ing...

how i wish that this weekend would not past so fast... but it is 2107 le. got to sleep early, and to reach office early, at least is to reach office on time. that is my goal for sept at work.

superstar

jus now, was there watching superstar repeat show of wednesday... wednesday, i watched too, but i missed the first part, showing how the two superstar go thr each competition, till where they are standing today...

felt touched when i see how both of them gone thr each challenge, esp kelly, who actually is voted out, and later she managed to be voted in again... yap, wei lian also, because of his disability... the bu4 qu1 nao3 spirit really touched me... if me, facing everyday challenages would have this fighting spirit, not feeling dejected... maybe when i looked back what i had gone thr, it would be grand as well... haha... but i am not...

outcome of this competition, wei lian emerge as the superstar. i am xin1 fu2 kou3 fu2 why jun yang nv get in le... as wei lian supporters are really a lot... is not jus on tong2 qing2 piao4 that many voted him, else, this last competition, he would not outshine kelly... tong2 qing2 piao4 of what the compere said during his competition with jy would not last him for so long... yap, must agree that he also got his good voice in singing.

i had not watched the last competition, of wei lian and kelly, but my brother had helped me to record the show... later i am going out.. hmmp.. tom, i am going out as well... maybe next week, after work, i can watch them again. =]
